DEFECTIVE SAMSUNG FRIDGE

I purchased a brand new samsung refridgerator (model: RL67MCPN) in Septemebr 2011. I have experienced endless problems with the fridge, relating to a malfunctioning water dispenser and the fridge effectively breaking down twice since purchase. I have lost hundreds, if not thouisands of rands on food that has gone off, and have also had to endure treacherous smells from the rotting food. I have had no luck with my recent attempt to get my fridge repaired since the last break down, and i am now effectively 1 week with out a fridge. I have 2 minor children, aged 3 years and 2 years. I am forced to keep buying fresh milk as t i cannot even store milk for them or keep food fresh for their consumption. The repair technicians have come out but have not fixed the problem. I am left in the dark as to when it will be repaired and whether this problem is going to persist. I can only deduce that i will have endless problems with this defective fridge, and once it is out of warranty i will have to fork out the repair cost from my pocket. I demand a new fridge as i am still under warranty. This ordeal has really left me regretting my choice of product. PLEASE HELP!!!
