Unisa owes me around R8000 for study fees paid by a sponsor. The request (for a credit card refund) was sent over 8 weeks ago and despite multiple emails, no response has been given. They are holding onto money that does not belong to them!
It's also no use phoning them as they dont answer.
As a student of over 10 years I find this treatment a disgrace.
