I studied at UNISA until the end of 2012. I have paid all of my tuition fees and received my degree. However, I erroneously paid too much into my account at UNISA and this is reflected on my financial record. It is more than a thousand rand. After numerous e-mails I still have not had one single reply from them! UNISA truly has the worst administration, and I consider this a form of as they have kept my money (and the interest I could have earned on it!) and I will take this matter further.
