I recently logged into myunisa account and when I went into edit registration, I saw that all 3 modules that was registered for the semestar was cancelled. I tried contacting the student admissions and registrations multiple times and on several occassions but there has been no answer. I was not notified in anyway about the outstanding balance. I did not receive an email, text or letter to advise that fees needs to be paid. This is so stressful and disappointing as I have been preparing for my exams and this is just causing extra unneccessary stress. I have previously studied with unisa and as far as I know, modules were never cancelled due to outstanding funds. Funds had to be settled at the end of the semestar and in order to receive results. I would like urgent assistance and unisa is uncontactable!!!
