Today I found that my study uints have been blocked? Which comes to me as a big suprise because I am always up-to-date with my payments. I checked my financial details to find that there is a charge for R45.00 for a libary card. I don't even attend the tutorial classes, I don't even go into the unisa campus as I do everything via correspondence. So why in the world would I request a LIBARY CARD!!! I had no knowledge of this charge that has no caused my units to be blocked, something that I had nothing to do with and I must just pay for it. I dont tihnk so. And a big coincidence is the fact that I also only reiceved the letter today with the cut off date 31/03/2013. I am highly annoyed with this becuase this is not he first time additional cost have been charged to me. PLEASE SORT OUT IMMEDIATELY
