Damelin Failing to deliver study material

Damelin is failing to deliver study material. I put an order in January for the needed books for which I have registered exams for. In February the wrong books were delivered, I made a follow up and was told they will rectify this. I spoke to Moira and voiced my dissatisfaction over this and requested to speak to the manager- and was referred to Sharon.
Sharon promised to send the books before the end of that week but this never happened. After 2 weeks had passed I made a follow up and spoke to Moira again who referred me to her supervisor Molefi. Molefi indicated bluntly that they havent received any stock as yet, but will give me a call when they have stock.
Now we are in April still no stock. I made another follow up again today and spoke to Rosanna who played again the same tune- no stock and check in 2 weeks time " AGAIN"
Feeling very irritated by such conduct. Paid R20 000 to do this course and I am not getting the same value for the money. I was also supposed to get 2012 edition of my study material but ended up using 2010 material to write 2011 exams.
This is very dysfunctional and somewhere somehow someone is not doing their job!
