My daughter is changing from Stellenbosch University to UNISA, via Varsity College. So we need accreditation for what she has already completed. Unfortunately we drew Peter Sherman to help us on Thursday 24 January. Peter Sherman firstly said my daughter was not registered when she was - simply because he was too lazy to look her up. (She even had a UNISA student number which should have been a clue she was registered). He was most offhand and unhelpful. This then necessitated my wife driving many miles back and forth to Varsity college in Rondebosch. No apology of course. Then he MISREGISTERED my daughter for incorrect subjects because he could not be bothered to do his job properly. He was impatient, unhelpful and was busy playing on his cell phone while barely pretending to do his job. Aditionally he does not answer his phone. The point is this really inconveniences and upsets my daughter who now has to wait in limbo until Unisa can rectify the mistakes of one Peter Sherman.
