I have been struggling with Unisa and the Financial department for more than TWO MONTHS in order to get a detailed statement of my account. The customer service supplied by Unisa is pathetic, of poor quality and in fact uneducated. After two months and numerous requests for a statement, I still do not have the correct balance. Even after I made a payment and the online system showed a balance of 0, new amounts already paid were added a day later without any clarification. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE JUST WAKE UP AND GIVE ME A CORRECT BALANCE STATEMENT.
