I have been trying to register for my first time with Unisa. To date, i have had no replies to two emails that i have sent over the past week and i cannot get anyone in Pretoria to even just pick up the phone on 8, yes 8 different numbers for the Centre for Business Management.
I find this truly shocking that nobody can even just pick up the phone. I have been trying to call them over the past week and have made at last count about 50 phonecalls just to have the call disconnect after 2 minutes or so.
With registrations closing in 10days time i can just imagine how many people are turning to other learning institutions because of all of this...
Based on the other complaints i have seen on Hello Peter this might not be too far from the truth.
Unisa please get your "house in order". After all people want to give YOU money to study.
