Study fees was not allocated, as a result my examination results are with held.
I have phoned the finance department on 10 December 2012 and spoke Japhtar. Proof of payment was send to him the same day. His replay was that the money will be allocated before the end of wenessday 12 December 2012. Ater a number of e-mails to date the money was not allocated and I have had no response to my querys.
