I would like to lay a complaint against Unisa.
I have had a query about my account. After phoning 15 different phone numbers, and sending 10 e-mails to various departments no one has been able to provide me with the correct feedback or guidance.

This started in December 2012 and to date, no one at Unisa has gotten back to me with feedback. I find this really unacceptable as I need to write examinations in 1 week and I not even know if I am supposed to write the exam.

I queried remark procedures in December 2012, someone only got back to me in February 2013 - when cut off dates already expired. Then I already reregistered for the subject, but received a letter in March stating that it has been remarked. Now my previous Myunisa examination results etc have been blocked due to study fees outstanding but I do not even know what the results were, if I should write again or how to get this fixed on my account. Please assist urgently.
