I had a problem with my 2013 Ford Focus ST where my car overheated whilst driving at normal speed. I phoned Dean Prinsloo and explained the problem to him. Dean asked where i was with my vehicle and after i told him, he said that i should bring the vehicle in so they could check what the problem is. After i arrived at Ford the Glen Dean pulled a technition from the floor and they assisted me immediately. I waited for less than about 30 minutes and Dean came to me and said that my car was fixed. For this great service i want to thank Dean and the technitions that assisted me.
