Battling with registration/exemptions

I applied in 2012 for 2013 to complete my National Diploma in Civil Eng, I also applied for credits/exemptions and I was told to wait 3 months for outcome of my exemptions application, from January 2013 I've trying to call ALL their numbers but no one is answering, I sent emails but I'm not getting any response, I need to register NOW but I cant because I dont know how many credits were granted.
