Good Day
I would really love to say that I'm frustrated, annoyed and disapponted about Intec's response towards students. I was suppose to get my diploma in Jan 13 and I was told that I couldn't get it because I had failed one assignment. I was adviced that I should resubmit, no problem I did that mind you I had paid my course fee and in full and no money outstanding. I paid for an extension fee as my course has finished already. Now after resumtting I wait for results which takes a month and on top of that my parcel gets lost in the post and I call the call centre and I ask about my parcel and guess wat my parcel is lost because I tried to trace the parcel with Sapo and apparently the tracking number does not exist. No apology no sms from the College all I get is repost and resubmit now really that's money and time consuming. Posting and waiting for a month to get results and I'm sure its going to take a year to get my Diploma. Intec for such a big company like this I was not expecting such incompetence.
