I took a 2 year multimedia design course through Intec College. I signed up in Janurary 2011. My text books arrived in May 2011. Despite this- i carried on and sent in my assignments on time and received nothing lower than 75% for all. My last assignment was really hard- i requested a tutor to call me and of course no one did! I ran out of time so sent in the assignment knowing i was going to fail. Clearly i did- i asked for them to call me again and got an extension- again, no one called, i failed again. I am now sitting with no diploma and an expired course and i have absolutely NO IDEA what to do now.
I have wasted over R30 000 for nothing- no support whatsoever. Intec- what should i do- can you actually help me?
