Intec College
Still waiting for my results

I submitted my assignment to Intec for marking previously and usually within the same month i would recieve my results i submitted my last assignment to them in May 2013 and it is almost September and nothing has happened.

I then called the college to try and ascertain as to what happened and the call centre told me that they are offline and could not help me telephonically and I should get in touch with them via email.

I sent them an email including all my relelvant details but since then i have not had any response from them.

I paid too much money for that course for it to go unnoticed that I as a student needed some sort of communication from them.

I need answers Intec! You at least owe me that much!
