VERY ANGRY, FRUSTRATED AND DISSAPPONTED STUDENT

I wrote my final exams in 2012 to obtain my qualification in Safety Management with Unisa.

2011, i registered online for my 2nd year and one of the modules was EUP and EUC, the system did not allow me to reqister for those with message - (Credit granted or for credit purposes). I then enquired at Daveyton unisa regional office and the lady confirmed that credit will be passed for the module as i have done it with my previous qualification (Human Resources).

2012 may/june I requested for transfer to be passed but I was told it can only be done once i complete my 3rd year modules.

2013 jan, long before 1st sem reg closes, i went back to Unisa Daveyton, was given a form to complete and was told that the process takes a week. Being concerned that it takes long i was referred to Unisa sunnyside as they do it immediately.

Got there and was told to finish SPRRACC, i did and submitted proof on14/02/2013. However i was denied credit.

This is not my fault and i want it resolved immediately and professionally - i need to be contacted by the most senior person to explain what service and information do they give to their students.

This is holding me back. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
