Registration status not received

I applied for honours in BCompt Management accounting online. The registration was submitted on 18 February 2013 and the full fees were paid on 22 February 2013. Till this day I havent had any response or feedback as to whether my registration has been accepted or not. I have made several calls and no one has been able to help me. All I want is to know if I've been accepted or not.
