No response on my Credit Transfer attempts

I made various calls, sent various emails over a period of 4 months and till now the only thing I received would be their automated response. Same as other people who complained on this site, I have followed all possible routes.
I.e. visit unisa Parow, tried to call their non-existent call centre and of course send emails to different departments, but they all responded saying that they have forwarded the email to the person in charge...

I have re-registered, but if they don't answer this question then they better give me my money back.

My recommendation to all would be to stay well clear of Unisa. They clearly aren't the same place they were a few years ago.

If anyone can help, it will be appreciated.
