Registration still pending - No response to emails

I have sent UNISA 12 emails on separate occasions from the 5th of December 2013 until now.
I have received the automated response that my emails have been received, however have received no feedback what so ever.

I have registered online on 9 Jan 2014 for CTA level 2. ( I am repeating the course, was registered in 2013)

Have paid the minimum balance due.

My Unisa stats that my registration is still "in progress".

I tried calling then without answer.

This is unacceptable! Especially for the amount of money paid!
