Ignored after a promise to sort out wrongful debit

I have been trying to contact Sharon Edwards to get my refund after a wrongful debit from my account of R450. Sharon Edwards promised to stay in touch and do her best to sort out Damelin's mistake but i have still had no response from my May 15 e-mail asking for an update.
