POOR SERVICE AND RIP OFF

When I joined Milpark, i had 6 outstanding modules, and have now completed the 6. For a year i have been struggling with the credits, eventually was done in August 2012. I was credited for 4 modules only and Im told I cannot be credited further. Now I must do 8 instead of 6. Need I mention I wrote accounting 3 times to the extent i wanted to do it with another institution since it was the only outstanding module standing in my way and i figured these people can see Im about to complete and they just want to milk my money. And Im right. I have been following up on everything since July 2012. Everytime I speak to Sumaya, she tells me she will check with Roshini Govendor (apparently with some authority) who is never around and never calls you back. On the 20th I called again to remind them I am still waiting to hear from them Roshini was away for a week hence she hasnt called. On 18th March I called again and after a struggle I was transferred to the RUDE Roshini, who told me she had no reason to call me. Each time I wrote accounting i had to buy a book because it has been updated, but they are all the same. Why must she call to tell me they won't help me? I am disgusted.
