No feedback on credit/ exemption application

I enrolled for Bachelor of Accounting Sciences specialising with Financial Accounting.
Last year December 14, 2012 I applied for credits for certain modules as I already have a National Diploma in Accounting of which I did through Durban University of Technology. Please note that I have not received any correspondences regarding this matter up to this date. i was told that would take 6 weeks to get feedback on my application. i have tried to call and sent them emails with no responses.

Kindly provide me with the current status of my application so that I will be able to register for the appropriate modules for the next semester and the registration closes in few days.
