I called the contact centre for Milpark enquiring where I can get confirmation of my FAIS credits since they no longer reflect on the statement on the statement of results. I was told the only confirmation is by reference to the info pack. ( now i need to send this to my compliance department) i was further told to check with Bankseta which i did and spoke to Joel who told me " THERE IS NO RECORD OF YOU HERE" Milpark did not load anything for you. Now i was just baffled, for a reputable institution i would expect my things to be loaded already since it done 2010! I can not believe that this is happening. I can not send anything to my compliance department that is not verifiable meaning i don't have any if i don't exist.
i need my fais confirmation and as in yesterday. it will not be the first time i call in about it!
