I went last week to register to continue with my Bsc in Information Systems honours degree. Student number is 46213066. I needed to change my degree from the current one I am registered for and add 2 modules: INF417H and INF4883 as well as transfer STRBESC from the BCOM Informatics degree.
I left all my paperwork with a lady who assured me that she will execute the addition of modules and the module transfer later in the day. I had to travel all the way from Johannesburg to Pretoria to register and I haven't received any feedback since.
Till now I haven't received any feedback which leaves me in limbo in knowing whether or not I am in the process of being registered.
As this is my final year, I need this information asap, this is ridiculuous
