In September '12 I noticed that the deposit I made for my course hadn't been allocated yet. I contacted Intec and they assured me it would be. In November I contacted them again and a student adivisor Abigile Nkala sent me an e-mail saying their system showed that it had been requested that my deposit be refunded into my account. I never requested this and never received a refund. This I was told would be corrected and allocated to my account. I also queried about my monthly payment which I very clearly on my application form requested to have deducted via debit order because I stay on a farm and do not have access to internet Banking, I started this course in August 2012. My deposit has not been allocated by Intec's accounts department nor has there been one debit order on my account. This means that I am now behind with my payments and that I will have to fork out a large amount of money before my course (which I can't afford, nor can I afford 6 debit orders to go off now) expire and I need to reregister all because their accounts department is nor doing their job. The whole idea of monthly payments is to make Intec an affordable college for everyone. So fa
