NCRA and Intec the one as useless as the othe

I agree that NCRA and Intec are both incompetent and have no customer skills at all. You struggle to get hold of them, the phones are continuously ringing. They do not reply to your emails. You get handed over without any reason although the service provider has not delivered. They cannot even update one's address... It is a nightmare and I cannot believe that South Africans must be subjected to this pathetic treatment. I would like to settle the account although I have received poor service, poor study material, late provision of study material and the account section is useless. I have begged for statements, which I did not receive. I have no idea if these have received my payments. Especially because I have no idea which account I must use. Intec or NCRA. This is a nightmare and I will never in my life register with Intec again.
