I applied for a course in 2009, it took over a year to try and get all my books, which never happened. Then they said i can change course and i asked if i could get a refund instead and was told it shouldn't be a problem and they would get back to me, that was in MAY 2012 and i AM STILL WAITING. i have sent so many emails to so many people and no one responds to me, they just ignore me. I can see why Damelin was put on carte Blanche, their service is disgusting and i will never ever use them or recommend them to ANYONE.
Now can someone please get it sorted that i get my refund of my money back!
