Incorrect Billing

I was registered with the University of Natal last year for the Accounting Distance Learning, @ the end of the year got admision for supplementary exam but never wrote it. The university then went on and billed me for supplementary exam and started sending me demand letters and threating to hand me over to debt collectors or issue summons against me. I have been trying to contact them for the past 2 weeks with no help, the fees department tells me to talk to the Accounting department (where there is no response at all). I ended up paying the account I am not liable for, as it was delaying my applications with other varsities. This is absolutely poor servive and not fair at all!!! I Demand my money back as all this nonsense is due to the lack of communication verrrrry POOR SERVICE by the University
