I am desperately trying to contact the HOD for the Financial Accounting and Economics to discuss a very serious matter concerning my exam results but am unable to get through. I think the fact that you are a correspondence based University but do not make yourselves available for emergencies is unacceptable. Ever since you changed to an sms / email system your feedback time has been ridiculous and sometimes non existent and this should not be accepted by our country. The reason we do not go to a University is because we can't afford it / have full time jobs and other responsibilities but this does not mean that we should get pathetic service!
Please advise urgently!!!
