Unisa should take calls instead of messages!

I am forever struggling with getting a response out of this institute. I have requested a copy of my academic record from them since December 2013 and to date I have not received a response even though they sent me a receipt saying they have received my mail. Its pathetic to give students this kind of service and I needed my academic record to give to my company in order for them to pay my studies. Now registration is closed and I will miss out on a semester. I even requested them to remark one of my papers as I could not believe that I got a supplementary for it and they will only do it once you pay R315.00. Yet they say if they find that a student did pass they return your money so why not mark first and at the outcome the student can make payment or not. The way Unisa works is terrible and its not a student friendly institute at all. They too quick to send you your account statements and let you know you have monies outstanding. Too bad they can't provide students with that same amount of attention when it comes to general student assistance.
