Our examination results should have been released more than a month ago and yet many marks are still outstanding as most coursework have not been marked at all. Numerous queries have been made by various students, but so far this has lead to nothing.
The cut-off date for signing up for the re-sit examinations have already passed and still many of us do not know our final grades.
This is absolutely terrible customer service!
