Unprofessional!

Two of our employees attended a Key Accounts Management Workshop in March 2012. The course was completely a waste of time and money, and we were promised a full reimbursement of the fees paid. After endless emails and telephone calls to Archibald Vambe, he only reimbursed us half of the fees (on! November 2012) and does not have the courtesy to follow up on the remainder of the fees, does not respond to emails, and does not return telephone calls. I sent the correspondence to his Manager Charity Mwenya-Wockelmann, and to no surprise also no response.

It is almost a year since the terrible association with this training provider and still no capable or professional person can tell us what is happening with the balance of the refund.
