I registered online for the BCOM Business Management degree on 21 January 2013 and made the necessary payment the next day. I immediately posted and faxed all supporting documents but my registration has still not been processed. I have sent numerous e-mails querying the delay and have not received a single response from UNISA. I am appalled at the lack of interest from UNISA at handling customer service. Please can I urgently get some feedback.
