I was employed to work for Damelin Correspondence College in Cpt at the Matador Branch starting 8 February 2013, after being quite eager to make this new challenge work i was faced with huge disappointing from the unprofessional way of how they treat their staff, i was not given decent training and after an hour of info given to me i was told to sit behind a desk with the stores receptionist whom was the only one who could tell me how the business operates, i was given my contract which stated that it ends 31 March and needed to achieve a certain target, i was to await my sales cosultant code as well as a pc and email addy i was told time and time again to just be patient while the manager Isaac Jansen sat and read his daily news at the desk im suppose to be at after much frustration and confrontation i walked out yesterday very distraught on the time and money i wasted wanting to so badly work for a business i once thought highly off!!!
