Hi, i registered with intec last month believing something that was promised to me and never happend.
I did my Gr10 in 2005 and passed. i said to Arvin the consultant please register me for gr12. And he said i should choose gr10 on the forum (ive already passed this) and then he would try and get me to write matric.. But i should just choose gr 10 to get registered atleast with intec otherwise i might miss registrations while waiting for a response (Aparently). But i would be refunded if i cant do this so i aggreed. I have received books for gr 10 and i never heard from Arvin again. I phoned Intec head office 4 weeks ago already and i explained the whole story to thm. IVE GONE THROUGH almost R3000 of airtime used on head office with more promises. after 4 weeks of battling with intec i said to them i would like my deposit back because this has been a mix up and obviously i had been caught in a sales trap. Head office told me to not open the box its still closed and after i sent throught the cancellation letter i must send it back unopened. i am STILL receiving sms's saying my account will be deducted tonight for the first time by a 1000! ive sent through the cancellation PLEASE
