UNISA EPIC FAIL!!!

I have read countless reports of issues regarding the Unisa Online Registration process, and I myself am a victim of their gross incompetence not to mention lack of Call Center/ any form of communication with the public in a speedy manner.

Currently myUnisa states the "application is still in progress" not sure how this can be as I registered on the 13 January 2013, surely it shouldn't take that long to process registration?

I understand it takes time to process applications/modules etc, but honestly leaving people in the dark with the 25 January 2012 deadline looming is pathetic, but of course this is what we have come to expect from an institution with no planning skills.

Surely Unisa should take a page or a whole module from their long list syllabuses/subjects' and learn the ability to plan in advance and have contingency plans in place, to keep people informed of processes.

What a shame that this is our national university, who I can guarantee you is the only educational institution in the world who once had a call center, then closed it down.

Hopefully all our complaints will encourage Unisa to strive towards excellence rather than gross incompetence. Student No:44266316
