Very late notification

It is now six weeks and counting that I am waiting for Unisa to register me for my second and final year on the CTA program. My fees for the year are paid in full.

Contacting the university is a sheer waste of time. They have a dysfunctional contact centre which seems to exist to perpetuate the inefficiences of the departments and they dont return calls leaving us to resort to this platform for the resolution of our problems.

Lessons are already in full swing and the first exam will be written in the next two weeks. If by a miracle, I am registered in the coming week, I will have to wait another four weeks to receive my study packs. Its so hopeless really.

Its looking very unlikely by the day that I will finish the program this year, thanks to Unisa which prides itself as a centre of excellence. It is a joke that they think so highly of themselves.

I now understand why Wits is years ahead of Unisa in everything conceivable. They have their priorities right. I wonder if Unisa has any.
