NO RESPONSE FOR OVER A MONTH AFTER QUERY -44833784

I have completed my last exam for my qualification at UNISA. However i still needed to submit my practical to the administartors Karin Burts and Elriza Esterhuizen and of which i did in the second week of January. At the moment my qualification still says incomplete. i have tried contacting both the persons mentioned above on their direct land lines and their email addresses the day after submitting the practical but as usual no one at UNISA ever bothers to answer calls. These 2 persons could not even respond to my email. I am sure that it does not take this long to answer an email to provide some sort of feedback. This is my communication:

Hi Karin,

I have been in communication with Mr. Frans van Loggerrenbergs office since 7 January with regard to the submission of of my practical assessment for SPPPRAC.
They mentioned to me that i can follow up with you this week.
Would you be able to let me know if you have received my practical?

Unisa have removed their call center and use the system of email or sms. I do not see how this is doing any good when my email cannot even be answered.
