Sometime in 2009 I received a statement showing that my account was outstanding with an amount of R2, 750. I made an arrange to pay this amounth and I did as promised. I faxed proof of payments to intec offices. I was shocked last Wednesday 13, February 2013 when I receive an sms follwed by a telephone call that my account has an outstanding amount of R3, 500. I asked my self what happend to my payments that I made cos I thot this account should have been closed as I paid it off. Someone at intec in senior management please help me cos clearly yo call centre agents are not doing their job properly. I am so furious rite now cos I feel I have been robbed off my hard earned money. So this mess out
