I have registered for a course through Unisa, I've received my tudent Number but cannot claim a log in on my unisa... I have emailed on more than one occasion that as a new student I am not sure of the procedures and how long what takes... but don't get any response... I've had to work hard to finally be able to study, and it should be exciting... but at the moment all ou do is stress because you don't know what's next or what's happening??? Can Unisa staff not just be a bit more 'user friendly' and stop doing only the minimum.
