Goood day. I'm so shocked and disspointed with the service I have received from unisa. Its being more than a month and a half nd yet I still didn't recived feetback from ur, I came to unisa and went to apply for credits. I previously studied at damelin and I achived my diploma in information technolgy. I came to unisa since I wanted to study towards my btech degree in info technolgy. I sent my acedimic record, diploma sheet and proof of employment in to ur over 4 times but I still didn't recive feed back. I came to unisa durban daily but everytime I go there I was told that they waiting for approval from the head office, I'm really frustrated with the service I have being given. Please foward this to the dean and supivisors of unisa since this is totally unacceaptable service I have being given. My student num is 4539 5772.
