Worse experience ever, I've registered with Damelin May 2021 but due to the bad treatment and incompetent staff that i needed to deal with i decided to cancel my studies and demand my refund (R20 000) back. I completed all the necessary documents and it was sended to Head Office on the 17th September 2021.I was told by the Accounts Supervisor it will take 90 days for me to get my refund back. After 180 days I didn't receive anything. I reach out to the Head of Accounts where she promise to give me feedback after a week, that was a month ago and I'm still waiting. I wrote emails, tried calling but nothing. They using delay tactics all the time, either the person that i was dealing is on sick leave or they will get someone to get in touch with me, still waiting. If i dont hear from Damelin soonest, i will go to the Police and open a Fraudulent case against them, take my complain to social media and contact every Media house to expose them. If nothing happens then i'll take the legal option.
