It is extremely unclear on the contract that they do not offer refunds, they aren't even offering the classes that I need to do this semester, i don't understand how you can say you are offering a coarse when you can pick and choose when you are going to offer the classes for that coarse yet not be willing to refund people THEIR money back. I have continuously dealt with people from varsity college who are rude, unfriendly and unwillingly to help. Firstly the credit that I was owed fell away after 1 year (for the amount of R10 000 that i have had to acquire a stundent loan for. After complaining about the fact that my money just "falls away" after a certain period of time, i was then given an extention (after being rudely spoken to) as to when i could use MY money. Now it appears that I am unable to even use this money, as the classes i would need are not even being offered. I will definitely be informing everyone I know of the continued issues I have had with Varsity College and that they should definitely reconsider using this institution. We pay a lot of money to attend this institution and it appears that this is all they are concerned with, rather than offering a good service
