I have made numerous requests to UNISA regarding a debt which I have been settling via ITC Business Administrators and my mails are sent to a lady by the name of Mareldia Saban ( [Email Removed] ) and up until now, I have pleaded for correspondence and updates on my account but no one gets back to me and this has gone for over a year. I would like to name and shame both entities and they work hand in hand and would like to vent my utter disgust on a varsity which claims to be a South African representative and I am told the call center was shut down, for what??? Why aren't students (full/part-time) notified???
