I registered for the second year of my course last Wednesday morning (2 days before the closing date) and received my course material the very next morning, delivered to my door as requested. This is the second time this efficiency has surprised me. I agree that contact with the people at the University is difficult and one doesn't get responses, but I have found that if I just use the procedures that are in place, I don't need to contact anyone and have been impressed with the organization of what must be a huge logistic operation.
