When I registered at UNISA in 2008 for the first time, I went to the campus myself to make sure that I register for the correct subjects. I got a document from the person who helped me. Every year that I registered I made sure that I register for the correct module, and obviously, I didn't understand the 2-2-1 and 3-1-1 combibation of school subjects that I was supposed to take. I was under the impression that a language subject also counted as a school subject, but according to UNISA it doesn't count. Ive got other school subjects, but it's on 2nd year level. After completing 40 modules in 5 years, I just found out, (AFTER PHONING EVERY DAY AND SENDING EMAILS TO RECEIVE MY GRADUATION INFORMATION since the beginning of March), I got an email saying that I can't graduate because I still needs 2 modules. When I tried to phone again to get more clarity, I didn't get an answer, and when I reach someone, they just say the supervisor is in a meeting. I have a pile of numbers that I keep on phoning, and the number just keeps on ringing and ringing, or it's just engaged. I don't have money to register for another module, and couldn't they have told me earlier, then I could have registered???
