Incovinience and bad service

I was enrolled with the varsity for my diploma as a result my details are still on their data... since the institute implements the new no walking application i then tried to apply online... i had problems then called in - i was attended by a lady from their call center who advised me to come through to the school... When i got there, Im told there is no space for btech... i mean really i did ask this when i called in-why advice me to go through to the school if you know there is no space- its bad enough that there are still ques to stand - but i did call and ask... i had to book leave and for what i don't understand.honestly- its either we get correct information telephonically or just don't have contact details for inquiry, make it clear that the only way to be informed is to waste your energy and come through.i doubt id even consider furthering my studies with the institute goes along for everyone in my family and even friends.so dissapointing cause i went online to check then called still... aikhona. people need to know that time is money cant afford to be wasted.
