I registered my daughter at INTEC College and settled the account in April, but i received a phone call sometimes in August that i have to pay amount of R600 (per subject) for exam fees, i explained to the caller that i have already settled my daughter's tuition fee and there was also amount of money she paid to the centre she will be writing from and that she was told that was for the exams. i do not understand why am charged for the examination while i was never told about this amount, on what ground does an institution charge clients amounts they never discussed on registration of the child?
the billing department refused to give me contact details of the person i should speak to regarding this matter, they only said they will just check forms and contract and get back to me within 48 hours, i dont think they will get back to me as i have previously asked them to send me my daughter's test results on several occations and they have failed to do so.
i am not willing to pay money which was never discussed with me from when i signed the contract.
