Non-payment for service deliver non-back payment

I am a staff member at a university. I was contracted to deliver a service on doctoral level. During
November 2012 I bought a air ticket which I paid on their behalf. University of Namibia (UNAM) committed to pay this. Then in January 2013 UNAM requested to change the date to February 2013 and UNAM committed to pay the costs as a result of these changes. After numerous e-mails and requests the UNAM did not pay the R6124 for the ticket and the resulting costs from their requested changes (UNAM were presented with the invoice from the travel agent). Further, they did not pay for the services delivered to assess the doctoral candidate- Ms Iita. The total amount UNAM owe me is between R7000 and R 10000. This ordeal started in November 2012. I used the doctoral examination (Viva Voce) date, 2013-2-07. The contact person is:
